Whos Been Drawing Dicks

"Who's been drawing dicks" is a minor meme that, like many SiIvaGunner memes, originated in the Vinesauce community.

Overview

Sometime between January 1 and February 1, 2014, in a livestream dedicated to Windows XP destruction, Vinesauce Joel told a story about his friend drawing penises on every computer in his old school. When his friend was caught, their teacher – according to Joel – exclaimed, "Who's been drawing dicks!?" The funny voice Joel used to imitate the teacher led to the phrase becoming a meme among Joel's fans.

Like many Vinesauce memes, "Who's been drawing dicks?" eventually became a meme on the SiIvaGunner channel. It's a minor meme, usually featured in medley rips alongside other memes. One notable exception is "Creative Exercise - Mario Paint", which is a mashup rip dedicated exclusively to this meme; it's currently the third most watched video on the channel, with over 2.7 million views as of February 26, 2022.

Alright, so back in the day, I don't know why but we always used the spray tool way too fuckin' much. And my friend with no talent, he would always go to school, open up Paint and do this – I'm not even joking – he would literally go to every fuckin' computer i-in– in like the hall – we had a lot of computers in the hall – he would open it up on a computer, log in and do this. [Draws a crude penis with a smiley face beside it in Microsoft Paint using the airbrush tool]

And I swear to god... our fuckin' teacher said, [in a nasally voice] "WHO'S BEEN DRAWING DICKS!?" [normal voice] And I-I'm just like, I know who it is but I can't say it, because if I say I know who's been drawing dicks, I'll fuckin' get in trouble too. But I knew that he would just fuckin' run across the fuckin' hallways doing this stupid shit.
